2014 Loyalty360 CX Awards

Congratulations to the winners of the inaugural Loyalty360 CX Awards. These brands have shown that their outstanding customer experience strategies are making a positive impact on their overall businesses. By using cutting edge tools and techniques in voice of the customer, employee engagement, customer-journey mapping, simplified processes and more, the winners are laying the foundation for customer loyalty.

Winners were announced during a ceremony at the 4th annual Engagement & Experience Expo on November 10 in Dallas, Texas. A field of 44 different brands, representing some of the most valued and recognizable in the world, competed in six categories.
